I am fairly new to the Quest Web Part community.  How do you default a qselector to a default value?

Hi Jonathan,

  There is no such a configuration provided through ezEdit but there are a few workarounds:

– by default, without specifying any ordering/filtering and not showing the empty selection the the first item displayed in the qSelector is the 1st item in the list

– you can specify a certain order and that would show the item you want as the default value

– try some js code to set a fixed value as the default value
