Hi Naren,

  We need to identify the script that causes this slow running issue.

Please use the Developer Tools (if on IE8, 9) or any other tool to see what script runs slow.

Then on the form try to remove all fields and render the page. Then you can add fields one by one and see if a particular field generates the issue.

Also try to use Chrome and Mozilla FireFox.

What's your QWP and SP version?

How many Multi Line Text fields do you have in the list?

Yes some time the error occur right away and some times it occur after 2-3 mintues

some forms have 4-5 multi-line text fields.

It would be great if we get some solution on this.

Hi Naren,

  We have a hotfix for SharePoint 2010 to address this issue.

Since you haven't mentioned your SP version please check it and if is SP2010 then you can contact Quest Support to get the latest hotfix.

Then please contact Quest Support and ask for the latest QWP 5.7 hotfix.

Please test it before installing this in production env.
