I am posting this for a customer,

When you open the “Requests By Analyst” view and apply a filter on IAS Analyst (e.g. Equals   Lindsey, Alyssa R), all the records you expect to be returned are.  After you navigate to any other view and then go to re-open the “Requests By Analyst” view, the filter for IAS Analyst is still applied however, the name changes (e.g. Equals   Lindsey; Alyssa R) and then no records are returned.   You have to reset the value in the filter each time you come back into this view.
