      Hi Richard,

First thing you need to check the license type. If they have a license that allows them to use all QWP then you can use Central Administration to redeploy QWP. If that still doesn't fix the problem try to deactivate and activate QWP.

      I hope this helps.

      Hello there community,

What to do when there are missing web parts…but have a full license.

Running SharePoint 2010.  Installed version 5.5 of the Quest web parts when they upgraded to SharePoint 2010…then noticed that there are missing webparts.  Then upgraded to 5.7, the parts are still missing.

Only see the following web parts in the Web Part Manager. Yet, purchased a license for all webparts.

      ListView

      ChartView

      ChartViewV2

      CalendarView

      DiscussionView

      ExcelViewer

My next step is to test the license…but wanted to ask if there were any other ideas on how to T/S these scenarios..

      Thank you,

      Richard

Thank you .  I tested the license and it turns out it's for starter bundle, only 6 webparts showing.  Must have been some confusion somewhere.  I'll keep in mind what you suggested for future situations.

      Have a great day,

      Rich
