Configuration Editor points to the wrong web.config location

When launching the Configuration Editor to open a Web Application config, the URL is pointing to a web.config that is located on the C:\ drive. However, the Web App's config file is located on the D:\ drive. 

Cause

When opening the SharePoint Web Application in the QuickApps Configuration Editor, it will scan all the Web Applications in SharePoint and pull the web.config path. However, we don't support this type of "location pull" if the Web App is an Extended Web Application.

Resolution

WORKAROUND:

Use the QA Editor to open a Configuration File and find the correct web.config instead of using the Editor to pull the Web App config's location.
