Context Menu based on List level not Item level Permission
In Quest view, the context menu is based on list level permissions and not item level permissions as in OOTB views. A user has limited access on list but view and edit access on an item. In quest view the item is displayed but on right click, the options to view/edit are not available.
This is a product defect that will get corrected in a future version of the product.
