When using CurrentLoginName in an siListView webpart with claims it is displaying the claims i:0# in front of the user name. How do you display just the login name?

Cause

CurrentLoginName was designed to show the user name as SharePoint see's it. This by design.

Resolution

There is another option you can use to diplay just the name. Instead of using CurrentLoginName try using CurrentUserNmae as this will just display the user name.
