Custom Action items created in the qSIListForm may not appear on the Webpart zone, even though it displays on the SharePoint Ribbon menu.

Cause

Custom Action items created in the qSIListForm may not appear on the Webpart zone if the Toolbar Location for the qSIListform is set to 'None' in the Toolbar Appearance tab when configuring the webpart.

Resolution

To display Custom Action items in the Webpart zone for the qSIListForm please ensure that the Toolbar Location in the Toolbar Appearance tab is set to "Top" and not set to "None".

The instructions are as follows.

1. Open ezedit for the qSIFormList.
2. Navigate to the Toolbar Appearance tab
3. Open the drop down menu for the Toolbar Location and select "Top"
