ER: Allow qListView to filter out duplicate entries

With qListView, the filter option is showing duplicate items instead of showing unique records.

Currently QuickApps does not have an option to filter only unique records.

Enhancement request number TF00381927 has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of QuickApps for Sharepoint.
