Getting HTML tag values in fields
When viewing a qListView or qListForm the fields are displaying HTML code
This is caused by how the HTML code was entered into the field. If it is just raw HTML SharePoint nor QuickApps will render this.
You will have to use the HTML editor within the RichText Field to have the HTML code rendered properly. Once this is done, both SharePoint and QuickApps should display it correctly.
