When trying to add any Quest webpart on a 64 bit machine the following error is received :-
Your evaluation period has expired. Please uninstall the software or contact Quest Software (http://www.quest.com) to obtain a valid license.

The license is not a trial or expired version.

Resolution

1. Click Start | Run | type Regedit and press enter.
2. Delete the CurrentVersion key at the location if any HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREQuest Software.
3. Try opening the page with the QWP and if it still gives the error then go to step 4.
4. Delete CurrentVersion and SoftLicense at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREWow6432node.
5. Go to Start | Programs | Quest Software | Quest WebParts for SharePoint | License Manager
6. Apply the license again and then the error goes away.
