Using the Quest Calendar View webpart in Quest WebParts for SharePoint the tool tip format field needs to be displayed with a line break
For example:
If it mentions
<%Requestor Name%> <%Short Description>
It displays: John Doe Make change to server
The display should be:
John Doe
Make Change to server

Inserting a line break is not possible at this time and this has been confirmed by Telerik the third party vendor for Quest WebParts for Sharepoint.
