Lookup column threshold error on qListFormDescription

Cause
We can not reproduce this issue on the qListForm in both NewListItem mode and EditListItem mode.Resolution
We can reproduce this issue on the qListView. But the OOB list view also has the same issue. So we do not think this is a bug of the qListView. It just displays the right message to let the users understand what has happened.
In order to avoid this issue, please increase the value List View Lookup Threshold. The following are the steps:
1. Open SharePoint Central Administration (CA).
2. Go to Application Management. Choose the web application.
3. In the Ribbon, click the arrow of the General Settings, click Resource Throttling.
4. You should see a property called "List View Lookup Threshold". Increase its value accordingly (the default value should be 8). Then click OK button to save the change.
