qListForm continuously refreshes and does not allow the user to enter more information or submit the form

Cause

This is caused by running the site in 2010 mode in SharePoint 2013. This is a SharePoint issue due to the coding used in the 2010 mode js file.

Resolution

To resolve this issue modify the web part and disable Ajax.

To disable Ajax go into EZEdit | Advanced section | Ajax | Uncheck Enable Ajax.

Ajax allows partial page updates. When this is disabled the whole page will refresh rather than just the web part. In most cases this is not noticeable.
