qListForm Fixed Value for Date not working When using “Now”

When configuring the qLisftForm fixed value to have <Now/> value populated for the “Date” or “Date and Time” field, the field does not show the current date and it is blank.

Cause

This is a product defect. The field will not work if the site is set to Other region. Only US English is working.
