When attempting to change and save an item with qListForm, the webpart refreshes but the changes are not kept.
At the bottom of the IE browser there is an error icon, that when expanded shows the following error:

Unknown ... javascript files are missing from wpresources folder on the SharePoint Web Front-End serverResolution
Copy the following folders from C:Program FilesCommon FilesMicrosoft SharedWeb Server Extensionswpresources on a working WFE server to the server missing the files:
- Quest.WebParts
- WA.DataViewer
- WA.ListForm
- WA.SystemIntegration
- WA.WebPart
