QListView Error when accessing a list from another content database
When trying to use the QListView web part to pull in content that resides in another web application, The following error message: Error occurred while searching list(s): Unable to open the site
http://sitename. Error message: Cannot open database “WSS_Content_xxx” requested by the login. The login failed. Login failed for user ‘domain\appPoolAccount’.
Give the application pool account rights to the content database that is being accessed.
