qListView ‘Print’ and ‘Export’ buttons do not work

When configuring qListView to show the 'Print' and 'Export' buttons in the toolbar, nothing happens.

SharePoint did not install our wsp package successfully. There are files that have not been exported on the WFE to :

C:Program FilesCommon FilesMicrosoft SharedWeb Server Extensionswpresources

WORKAROUND 1:

Retract the wsp package from Central Administration and re-deploy to the Site Collection.

WORKAROUND 2:

Ask Support for a copy of missing files and their folder structure to be copied directly into 15-Hive.
