Is there a way to have qselector work in the following way? Type the partial name of something in the dropdown and it displays. Presently it only works with one character ( ex.. I type the letter p and all the items that start with P show up. I would like it to filter more so if I type pa all items that start with pa will show in the dropdown.

Resolution

SP2007 5.7:Works

SP2010 5.7:Works

WIN2003 + IE8

We changed the Telerik Controls version used by QWP from Q22007SP1 to Q22011 when we were working on our webpart 5.6 release. The issue is caused by Telerik Controls that has been fixed in version Q2 2010.

I have re-tested it with IE7 and QWP5.6 both of SP2010 and SP2007, all are works fine.
