When a form is opened for either entering a new or editing a Contact, a comma is automatically added to the content column “website.” This is a native SharePoint column found in the Contact Type List.

This is a confirmed bug that appeared in version 3.5.2 of Development Studio for SharePoint.
Resolution
Simply delete the unwanted commas manually.
