Trying to add Quest Web Part to the page and cannot locate it within web part gallery.

Cause
Installation is corrupted or the feature is not activated
Resolution
Please check if quest.webparts.wsp solution is deployed and no errors are shown against it. This can be checked via Central Administration page | Operations | Solution Management.
If it is deployed correctly - verify if Quest Web Parts for SharePoint feature is activated at Site Actions | Site settings | (Go to top level site settings) | Site features.
