Unable activate Quest Web Parts feature in Site Settings. Seeing the follwoing error in ULS logs:

Resolution

Try to activate web parts from Management Page in Central Admin:

1. Go to Central Admin general Application Settings

2. Open one of the following:

Manage Web Parts by Web application

Manage Web Parts by Site collection

Manage Web Parts by multiple Site collections

3. Select web application/site collection(s) where you want to activate web parts amd check web parts you want to activate.

4. Click OK.
