When Quick App is added to a page, the Quest Ribbon is hidden

When adding a 2nd Quick App webpart to a page that already has a Quick App, the display Ribbon is hidden behind the SharePoint Navigation bar. When adding OOB SP web parts, this issue does not exist.

Cause

There is a Client side script that is interferring with the display of the QuickApps Ribbon.

Resolution

1. Open the Configuration Editor and point to the web.config for the Web Application

2. Open the Quest Software Configuration Section Editor

3. Under the General tab > Check the checkbox in General Settings for QuickApps Ribbon Display

4. Click OK > Save the web.config

5. Perform the same steps for any additional WFE
