Health Analysis Report showing missing dependencies
After upgrading from version 5.7 to 6.2, the web parts are functional but there is a large sequence of the following messages in the Farm Health Analysis Report:
[MissingSetupFile] File [Features\QuestWebParts\dwp\ChartView.dwp] is referenced [19] times in the database [SP-Test-ContentDB-Portal-Apps-02], but is not installed on the current farm. Please install any feature/solution which contains this file. One or more setup files are referenced in the database [SP-Test-ContentDB-Portal-Apps-02], but are not installed on the current farm. Please install any feature or solution which contains these files. “unable to find an embedded skin with the name ‘Office2007’.”
After upgrading QuickApps for SharePoint from version 5.7 to 6.2 the following error is thrown when loading a page with qListView configured:
“Error An unexpected error has occurred. Correlation ID: 98b970fb-f09b-48b7-a79b-97c7803d19a5 Date and Time: 4/30/2014 09:41:02.11 AM”
Referencing the Correlation ID in the ULS logs, the following error is seen :

After installing QuickApps for SharePoint, the Site Collection features are not automatically activated and it is needed to manually go into each Site Collection and activate the features.

With both qDiscussionView and qListView (pointing to a Document Library) placed on the same page, the following error is thrown on qDiscussionView after uploading a document through qListView:

This error does not occur with a Out-of-the-Box SharePoint document library web part and a qDiscussionView web part on the page.

When using a qSelector and qListForm with a session ID to bind tasks to an Event item, creating a New Task throws the following error:
