After upgrading an environment from 2010 to 2013 via DB detach/attach (uninstalling QuickApps before the dettach and installing the correct version after the attach), on any page with QA or when trying to add a Web Part, the following error is thrown:

If you create a new Web Part page and add an OOB SharePoint web part, everything works. The Configuration Editor has been run and the web.config is correctly modified.
qListView prompting for login only on certain items
When trying to edit an item in a list/library that has check outs required, you are getting prompted for credentials in qListView using the quick edit button.

When using qListView to export a List to Excel, not all of the List items are being exported to the spreadsheet. The List has over 3000 items but only 2000 are being shown after the export.
How to insert an image with Snagit into RTE
When using qListForm with a Rich Text Editor, is there any easy way to Insert an image or copy & paste using SnagIt, Green Shot or Print Screen? At the moment, after using Snagit to capture a picture, it must be saved to a document first then inserted into the contents pane of the qListForm through the RTE.

When using qListForm to display a Rich Text field, we are using the Document Manager in the Enhanced Ribbon to add attachments to the List item. However, when trying to add a document over 200kb, the following error is thrown:
"The size of the uploaded file exceeds max size allowed"
If however we try to upload a document through the OOB attachments section at the bottom of the web part, that works fine with the same identical document.
Screen moves down with qListForm RTE
Having a List with a Multiple Lines of Text column that uses Rich Text (the field is set to have 100 lines), there is qListForm setup to display the field. However, as soon as you start to type in the field, the screen jumps down and you can no longer see the RTE.

When launching the Configuration Editor to open a Web Application config, the URL is pointing to a web.config that is located on the C:\ drive. However, the Web App's config file is located on the D:\ drive.
‘Copy from Word’ in qListForm RTE does not copy pictures
In a List with an Enhanced Rich Text column and configured with qListForm to display the RTE with all the Enhanced copy options, you cannot use the function 'Copy from Word' in the RTE or directly copy to the RTE column in qListForm. The text is copied but the pictures never make it over.
