SMTP server is specified in Configuration Editor for all web-front-end server. But QWP is unable to send e-mails. However, SharePoint is able to send e-mails natively.

Issues with Quest Web Parts for SharePoint upgrading
Solution Package deployment error: The solution cannot be deployed. The feature ’51ba0e87-a116-47a6-bbd9-a79cc53a875f’ uses the directory “QuestLists” in the solution. However, it is currently installed in the farm to the directory “QuestWebParts”. Uninstall the existing feature before you install a new version of the solution.

Context Menu on Child Items in qListView
If a qListView is configured to display a context menu for a list the user can right-click on a list item and receive a context menu. If this list is configured to display child items and the user right-clicks on a child item a context menu is not displayed.
