Unable activate Quest Web Parts feature in Site Settings: “Requested registry access is not allow

Unable activate Quest Web Parts feature in Site Settings. Seeing the follwoing error in ULS logs:

Issues with Quest Web Parts for SharePoint upgrading

Solution Package deployment error: The solution cannot be deployed. The feature ’51ba0e87-a116-47a6-bbd9-a79cc53a875f’ uses the directory “QuestLists” in the solution. However, it is currently installed in the farm to the directory “QuestWebParts”. Uninstall the existing feature before you install a new version of the solution.

During installation of Quest Web Parts solution deployment failed with the following error:

The copying of this file failed: WAWebPart.js. Access to the path ‘C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extension\14\..\wpresources\WA.WebPart\4.0.0.0_2b4b09f1c57c8f0b\WAWebPart.js’ is denied

Error when installing Quest Web Part for SharePoint “Error 1001. Please run Quest Web Parts for S

When installing Quest Web Part for SharePoint 2010 on a SharePoint 2010 server, the following error occur:

Error 1001. Please run Quest Web Parts for SharePoint installation on the server (SP2010ServerName.Domain.com) that hosts SharePoint Central Administration application.”

This is confirm that the installation was ran on the correct SharePoint server that hosted the Central Administration page.

When trying to install the Quest Web Parts for SharePoint (QWPS) the following error is received:-

“Solution Package deployment error: A deployment or retraction is already under way for the solution “quest.devstudio.wsp”, and only one deployment or retraction at a time is supported.
Please check with Installation Guide for more information.
Solution Package deployment status: NotDeployed
Setup will activate Quest Web Parts for SharePoint Feature for the deployed site(s).
Setup is unable to find the Quest Web Parts for SharePoint Feature Definition. Failed to add and activate the feature. Please check in the Site Settings/Site Features and activate it accordingly.
